Huge, outer packaging box was in good shape, box actual model kit was in was a little crushed and beat up which carried into some of the smaller inner boxes. Kind of sux because I save the packaging and planned on using the box as a framework piece of art. At least it isn't scratched. I can live with the packaging issue as the price was much better than others.
Shipping seemed high but it's high for everything these days.

The kit: unreal, I think a great value even at higher cost. Worth giving it a go even if you don't think you'd be interested in this scale, it's cool even to just look at. I started in the early 80's with 1/25 tiger I and wanted ti get that same kit as I had butchered it so long ago and gave it away. The Tamiya kit was way too expensive to get again and try again. This is how I decided to give the 1/16 a goon attempt to get back into a few kits.

Highly recommended if you plan on building, or not ir as a gift for someone. It is a piece of 3d art.
