I have had this for over a year and also have the shear and grapple and everything works great. I had a few leaks after a couple of hours but all is well. I own a few excavators and this one is by far my favorite it’s so different even compared to other 3 arms. The slew or swivel motor is adjustable and is under spring tension which I have never seen before which is a nice engineering touch. One bad issue I had was the paint on cab wasn’t to good and chipped off. Oliver did get me some paint and a new cab wasn’t offered but I would have had to wait a long time. So i airbrushed myself. And honestly there really is no comparison other than the MTM 3 arm.
So far they're sales rep's very helpful, informative, and polite in this purchase. Once I receive this product I will update any and all good and bad issues with this product but as for now I'm very satisfied about this decision. Thanks Toucan Rep's!!!
